I have a black thumb when it comes to taking care of plants but I have heard that succulents are pretty easy to take care of. We have two plants in our house at the moment. One is our christmas tree and that one is not doing so well. The other Mario's mom gave me but I forgot about it and now it is dead on the balcony... oops. Maybe I will try a succulent plant and if I kill that... I think it is time to give up.
